These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and are strictly put in place to offer customers the best possible experience.

  • If you have a valid reason for a return, you have 7 days for your cancellation period. For returns, you must arrange collection and delivery.
  • If the appliance is faulty or damaged, please Contact Us asap.
  • If an appliance is damaged and you try to install it, then we cannot accept this return.
  • If your order became unavailable, we will send you an email in the first 1-3 working days regarding this and provide a viable solution. Thus normally entails either a replacement or full refund.
  • If an appliance is faulty you will need to book an engineer to do a full diagnostic first. This can easily be done through the product's manufacturers and their warranty service.
  • Ordered the wrong item? We will refund you for the item itself (excludes delivery charge) and you will have to arrange collection and delivery to our warehouse. You will have 7 days to contact us regarding this. If its after the cut-off there's nothing we can do unfortunately.
  • If you want to ask about price matches, we offer this service however you will need to email us and we'll get back this enquiry as soon as we can.
  • We do not offer refunds to appliances which are incorrectly installed.
  • You are able to cancel your order to receive a refund as long as the order has not been processed. When needing to change an order, you must first cancel your original purchase in order to place the new one.
